filmscanners: VueScan Installation Folder Location

VueScan doesn't give you options where to install, so to keep my C Drive 
organized I moved the VueScan folder to the Program Files folder and 
browsed to it upon starting from my desktop shortcut. It now runs fine, 
neatly tucked away with the other programs.
