[filmscanners] slightly OT: contact sheets with A3 flatbed
Hi group
I'll get an Epson 1640XL A3 flatbed soon (with transparency back), and
try to make an old dream become true:
one pass scanning of 6x6 24x36 negs, to make a digital "contact
sheet".
I'm a Vuescan user.
I guess I'll meet two pbs:
- finding a good carrier for the negs (right from the "wet" darkroom?)
-focusing on these negs
Any experience or idea to share?
