You could ask for a brush that Polaroid is supplying free to clean off
the holder sensor. Or you could try very carefully using compressed air
along the left side path. The brush didn't help me and the shot of air
helped, but only temporarily. So I'm shipping the unit, luckily still
under warranty, out.
