What you younger people might not understand is that, besides being an
excellent programmer, Ed has a unique perception of what makes a business
work best. You can sell a few for a very high price and upgrade them at
another high price, or you can sell a LOT at a lower price. Ed's taken the
second route.
In view of the NASDAQ crash, I think he has a better grip on The Big Picture
than many others do.
